When do I have to pay the tourist tax?
The stated accommodation fee has been calculated to include the tourist tax. Our company pays this tax to the local municipality on behalf of our guests, so no separate payment or further action is required.
When do I have to leave the campsite?
On the day of departure, you must leave the campsite by 11 am. It means that if you leave the campsite after the race on Sunday, then Sunday is going to be considered a full day you are spending at us.
Why is it not possible to choose the day of departure?
Early bookings can only be made for the entire weekend. This is the only way we can secure you a place. Based on our experience, almost no one would like to go home on Friday or Saturday. However, if this is the case, we can still discuss this issue on the spot.
Is there a publicly available WIFI at the camping area?
No. We are sorry, but we are unable to provide WIFI access.
Is it possible to empty the wastewater tank of the caravans?
Yes, there is. Behind the toilets, it is possible to empty the tank into the drains.
Is there a convenience store/shop nearby?
Yes, there is. Several shops can be found in Szilasliget. The nearest one is on József Attila Street, about a 15-minute walk from the campsite.
Is the campsite accessible by public transport?
Yes. The local bus terminus is only a 2-minute walk from our campsite. Special Hungaroring bus rides are provided from HÉV (the green-white suburban train).
Where can I charge my phone?
If necessary, you can ask the reception to have your phone charged at no extra fee.
Is warm meal available at the campsite?
Only drink buffet in 2027.
Why do we ask you to pay the fees in cash?
We will continue to have a payment terminal in 2027, just as before. However, based on the experience of previous years, the service provider's system is very unstable, and we have had many unpleasant experiences from it. In this way, costs from Euro exchanges charged by the cardholder’s bank can also be minimized. Thank you for your understanding.
What should I do if my wristband is damaged or lost?
If your wristband is damaged or lost, our colleagues will replace it upon presentation of the control document received at check-in.
Can I rent or buy camping equipment from you?
We are sorry, but we do not have camping equipment available on site. If you need such products, you can find them in nearby hypermarkets (Decathlon, Auchan, etc.).
Can I buy tobacco products from you?
The campsite does not sell tobacco products. There is a National Tobacco Shop located nearby. For more information, please contact our reception staff.
What should I do when checking out? Is it necessary?
When leaving the campsite, it is not necessary to check out separately.
